Summary: Cleanliness was just ok. My towels were clean but stained. Bed sheet was clean but extremely wrinkled like it was left in the dryer too long after drying. There were no drawers to put clothes in.

Summary: Was in town for a funeral. The staff was amazing and considerate and very accommodating. They even offered to carry our bags to our room due to there being no elevator, which we declined of course. Hotel was clean.

Summary: The bed makes horrible noises if you move at all, musty smell, and breakfast was not up to par ( begals were hard, door on fridge open so yogurt (etc) was room temperature).

Summary: Not very welcoming at the desk. Couldn’t use the pool as “the cleaner hasn’t come “. Breakfast items limited and not as fresh as we’ve had at other Quality Inns.

Summary: I was just so tired from traveling when I got there. Staff was wonderful!! Gave me an upgraded room so I didn’t have to climb the stairs. Helped me move my stuff. Went above and beyond.
